How are telehealth sessions conducted?
Telehealth sessions are securely conducted through the SimplePractice platform. You will receive a private, HIPAA-compliant video link to join your appointment at the scheduled time.
How do I pay for my sessions?
Payments are processed securely through SimplePractice. You will receive invoices via email and can pay online using credit, debit cards, HSA and FSA cards through your client portal.Can I get receipts or superbills for insurance reimbursement?
Yes, SimplePractice automatically generates receipts and superbills accessible through your client portal for your convenience.How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule appointments via your SimplePractice client portal or by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid cancellation fees. -

Do you offer sliding scale fees?
Yes, we offer sliding scale options for clients facing financial hardship. Please inquire during your initial consultation.Do you accept insurance?
We are out-of-network providers, which means we do not have contracts with insurance companies. However, depending on your individual insurance plan, you may have out-of-network benefits that could help cover some or all of the cost of therapy.How does insurance reimbursement work?
After you pay for your sessions, we provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount you may be reimbursed depends on your individual insurance plan’s out-of-network coverage.How can I find out if my insurance will reimburse me?
