Getting Started

Before scheduling an in person meeting, we will schedule a 15 minute phone consultation. Our call will be used to get to know one another and see if our expertise meets your needs. During the phone consultation, we will discuss fees and any questions or concerns you may have. If we both feel that our work together would be beneficial, we then move forward by scheduling a time to meet. 

Insurance

We are out-of-network providers. While every insurance plan is different, if you have out-of-network benefits most patients are eligible to receive partial or full reimbursement through their insurance provider. We recommend calling your insurance provider directly to understand your benefits, deductible and how to submit your claims. In addition to your session receipt, we provide monthly invoices that can be submitted to your insurance that will include all information for your claims to be processed.

Sessions

To get the most out of our work together we often recommend meeting on a weekly basis. Together we will discuss our schedules and find the right balance for our work! Each session will be 45 minutes long.

Office Location

We are providing all sessions virtually at this time. We offer our services to those living in New York, Connecticut and Louisiana.
